OFFICIAL RULES
In addition to the posted WINK-FM General Contest Rules, these are the official rules for WINK-FM’s $5,000 Birthday Bucks Contest. All General Contest Rules apply.

1.  HOW TO ENTER/PLAY:
   This is a “listen to win” contest.
   Days, Dates and Times of Contest.  Weekdays only – April 5 – May 17, 2021.
   CONTEST PERIOD: Will begin on Monday April 5th, 2021 at 8:00:00 am ET and end on Monday May 17th, 2021 at 2:00:00 PM ET (“Contest Period”). In order to play, you must be 18 years of age or older and listen to 96.9 WINK-FM each Weekday (Monday – Friday) between the hours of 8 AM and 2 PM during the term of the contest.  WINK-FM reserves the right to modify the contest dates.
   How to Play:  WINK-FM will announce a random Birthday (month and date) four times each weekday at approximately 8am, 10am, 12pm and 2pm from April 5 – May 14, 2021.  If your birthday matches the Birthday announced and you’re 18 years of age or older, be the 9^th caller at 1-239-334-0969.  Upon verification and confirmation of birthday and accepted legal identification, WINK-FM will award one (1) $100 cash prize and will enter the verified winning contestant into a May 17, 2021 random drawing for one (1) $5,000 grand prize. WINK-FM will not accept collect calls.  The person calling in to the station to claim the BIRTHDAY BUCKS contest prize must be the person with the announced Birthday (month and date). Substitute callers (e.g. friends, relatives, co-workers, etc.) are not allowed and will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of WINK-FM.  Anyone participating in this contest or claiming a prize in this contest in violation of these rules will be disqualified from winning a prize in this contest.  You must personally call in yourself to be eligible to win a prize in this contest and WINK-FM reserves the right to take any actions it feels may be reasonably necessary in order to verify that the person calling in is the correct person. WINK-FM decisions in this regard shall be final.
2. PRIZES:  Approximately 121 prizes will be awarded – approximate value of $17,000 in cash prizes. WINK-FM reserves the right to change the prize amounts during the term of the contest.
3. ELIGIBILITY:  Individuals must be 18 years or older and contestant’s permanent address must reside in Lee, Charlotte or Collier County Florida to be eligible to win.  Limit: one winner per household during the duration of this contest.  This contest is excluded from WINK-FM’s daily contest rules requiring a 30-day limit per household for winning – this includes Morning Show contests and website contests.
